Thanks Kara. We have to catch up. I want to hear about France and I’m loving Kauai. Way too early for me to see everyone online. šŸ˜‰

Hello Friend! I could feel the time slowing and speeding up with this piece. This was beautiful, "By running faster I could throttle the flow of time, slow the inevitable movement forward of chronos," and this, "I feel the ground through my shoes, through the soles of my feet, imagining the feeling of the earth as it courses its way through my legs, through my core to my upper extremities, to my mind." yes! that is how it feel to run.

I love hearing about your experiences running, what it shows you, how you connect to your body and the running and the landscape around you. You said," I treat each session as a sacred event." and I can feel that in your writing.

Thank you, friend. šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™

Merry Christmas Jocelyn and thank you for your kindness always. Time is such a polarizing thing with runners as you know and the fast/slow nature is exactly what I was trying to convey. It’s all about the slowness these days and I’m happy you see that.
